It’s almost here!

Tier items are bid on with tickets, blue tickets for Blue Tier items and white tickets for White Ticket items.  Individuals may use their tickets to bid on one or several items.  Each ticket placed on an item increases your chances of winning that item.  One ticket will be drawn for the winner of each item.  Ticket packets will be available for purchase at the beginning of the evening. 

Chances to win a high value item will be available for purchase and will be represented by playing cards.  Attendees can purchase a card, which will be ripped in half - one half for the purchaser, and one half to be put in the drawing.  Whomever holds the other half to the drawn card wins the item.

During the Silent Auction, attendees may view and bid on displayed items.  Rather than have an auctioneer present, attendees will write their bid on paper bid sheets and the highest bid at the end of the silent auction will win each item.  Bids must be paid out before attendee can remove the item from the event at the end of the evening.

During the Live Auction participants can place bids in real-time on various items being presented by an auctioneer, who then facilitates the event by calling out bids and managing the flow of the auction.  

Five items during the Live Auction will be labeled as *Star Items*.  You must win a Star Item in order to be put in the drawing for a high value item at the end of the Live Auction event.  

All winning bids must be paid out by the end of the evening before a winner may leave the event with their prize.
